Job Responsibilities:

Assist in performing regular inspections of all mechanical equipment, plumbing, lighting, electrical, physical walls, floors, ceilings, campus ground inspections Help in performing regular inspections of fire devices as per maintenance schedule for fire protection equipment Assist in maintaining HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and common areas Maintenance of common grounds Assist with installation, removal and storage of air conditioning units, fridges and fix plumbing problems Repair furniture and assist with moving of parcels, boxes and furniture as required Review security cameras as required Respond to requests from staff promptly and complete duties as assigned by Senior Management Update the maintenance request daily list and submit weekly reports to the Operations Manager

Working Conditions:

Hours of work: 37.5 per week Ability to lift or move heavy equipment or objects of 50lbs Ability to handle work environment including strong odors/smell and variable temperatures Uniform Required

Minimum Requirements:

Highschool Diploma General Knowledge of Facilities Maintenance Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks

Reporting:

This position reports in to the Operations Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
