Beyond Behavioural Intervention (BBI)

is currently seeking a

skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker

to join our team. This full-time position supports multiple BBI locations and plays a critical role in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming environments for the youth, families, and teams we serve.

Position Type

Full-Time Flexible schedule Participation in an on-call rotation is required

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple locations Work across a variety of areas including, but not limited to: + Carpentry
+ Basic plumbing and electrical
+ Painting and drywall
+ Flooring and minor renovations
+ Appliance repair and installation
+ Groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized manner Follow all BBI safety standards, policies, and procedures Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding maintenance needs and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements

Demonstrated experience in multiple areas of general maintenance Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Strong time management and organizational skills Flexible and dependable, with availability for on-call rotations Valid

Class 5 New Brunswick Driver's License

Ability to provide a

current Driver Abstract

Must successfully pass: +

Physically able to perform maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
