What We Offer
Pay:
$22 / hour (on payroll, based on experience)Hours:

Perform light maintenance and routine repairs Conduct regular caretaking tasks (e.g., general upkeep and cleaning) Assist with landscaping on commercial and residential properties Support property inspections and reporting as needed Support admin office on different tasks Others related to the business
Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and attentively Proactive and problem-solving
