you would assist in the maintenance and repair programs. You would perform duties concerned with both the building and the grounds, while coordinating with other departments within the residence so as not disrupt resident care or normal business functions.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing and construction painting to ensure facility functionality.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
Interpret schematics to assist in maintenance projects and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with facility users.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
Some training/knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, painting, cleaning and other minor repairs.
Ability to self-regulate and work independently.
Ability to co-operate with others.
