Maintenance Administrator

$22 - $25 per hour

A day in the life:

The Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with both customers and the technical service team. The position is responsible for managing incoming inquiries from clients, assisting with administrative tasks and supporting team members. They will post inspection reports and estimates, send reports to clients, update account and equipment information, and post updates on maintenance work orders.

What you bring:

High school education required Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service Experience with a current ERP system an asset Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment is an asset Ability to work accurately with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
