As we look to continue our growth, RST is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Administrator located in Saint John, NB.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of administration experience required.
• 1+ years of transportation experience considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
• Computer skills are essential (Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily invoice payment preparation, invoice tracking, and follow-up.
• Liaise with vendors for invoice adjustments.
• Cross-train with Maintenance Planners to provide vacation coverage as required.
• Generate Purchase Orders and review repair estimates to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Other administrative tasks as required.
