• Application and implementation of platform design patterns and standards for infrastructure components across various platform domains;
• Delivery Management functions within the build mandate to co-ordinate and drive deployment- related activities;
• Structured focus on project delivery to implement deliverables for their respective and specialized areas of infrastructure build; and
• Specialized Services functions that provision contact center infrastructure and network-related infrastructure work for Real Estate and/or Branch environments, hardware assets etc.

Job Requirements

Specialty Requirements

• Knowledge of JCL,
• Strong scripting skills in one or more languages; Bash, Python, PowerShell, YAML, Groovy
• Knowledge of SharePoint, enabling the creation/storage of documentation, and project artifacts.
• Good working experience with databases IMS and DB2

Foundational Requirements

• Working experience JCL, IMS and DB2
• Good working experience with scripting and debugging.
• Minimum1 years of experience, on a Mainframe.
• Strong desire to learn and exceptional problem-solving skills,
• Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills,
• Good communication (written and oral) and very good interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of JCL, DB2 IMS and host environments.
• Good working experience with Jira, Confluence.
• Practical experience of software deployment

• Practical experience of supporting software development.

We are seeking a candidate for the position of IT Analyst within our team to support the Canadian Banking businesses. As part of this team, the candidate will work alongside other project team members, Specialist, analysts, and developers and will specialize in:

• Building and maintaining documentation / job streams to support project test cycles, development of automated testing. Cycles.
• Triaging and escalating issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service maintained.
• Following the industry\'s best practices and TD standards.
• Overall supporting and managing project application environments.

Develop and Manage the Teamwork

• Actively contribute to the team\'s effectiveness and positive work environment.
• Actively participate project SIT testing.
• Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area.

Internal Practices & Processes

• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet delivery dates.
• Ensure documentation is prepared, accurate, and compliant with the TD SDLC standards.
• Be proficient in tools and processes required for developing and delivering software solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives.

• Assist in analysis, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
