Relevant du vice-president et le coordonateur des operations, le magasinier est responsable de l'inventaire, le suivi, le transport et le bon fonctionnement du magasin. Il doit maintenir l'inventaire des entrepots a jour et de s'assure d'avoir tout le materiel necessaire au bon fonctionnement des chantiers afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des differents departements. De plus, il doit entretenir de bonnes relations avec les differents fournisseurs.
PRINCIPALES TACHES
Maintenir les inventaires a jour
Faire les commandes de pieces requises
Assurer le suivi informatique des commandes et faire les receptions
Faire les sorties de pieces aux differents departements
Traiter les demandes de garanties des pompes a eau defectueuses
Travailler avec les differents departements pour planifier des achats
Negociation de prix avec les fournisseurs
Se deplacer pour les achats de pieces non livres ou pour les urgences
Assurer l`efficacite des operations du magasin
Assister la direction dans divers projets
Proposer des pistes d'ameliorer dans le but d'augmenter la croissance du magasin
Assemblage de composantes
Maintenir l'entretien des lieux exterieur (deneigement des entrees de portes, etc.)
Maintenir les lieux propres
Competences et qualifications recherchees
Detenir un diplome secondaire termine (DES)
Posseder au moins 3 annees d'experience pertinentes en lien avec le poste (obligatoire)
Connaissance du domaine du forage et de la geothermie (un atout)
Experience en informatique, electricite et en plomberie
Connaissance du materiel lie au secteur de la construction (un atout)
Capacite a manipuler et soulever des charges (bonne condition physique)
Sens de l'organisation et souci du detail
Bonnes aptitudes en communication et esprit d'equipe
Permis de conduire valide (classe 5)
Maitrise intermediare de l'informatique (Excel, logiciels d'inventaire).
Experience pertinente en entreposage, logistique ou gestion d'inventaire (un atout)
Excellente maitrise du francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit et posseder un anglais fonctionnel

Storekeeper
to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations that support our field and office teams.
Your Role
As a
Storekeeper
, you will play a key role in managing our warehouse. You'll be responsible for keeping inventories up to date, coordinating orders, ensuring the right materials are always available for worksites, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. You will also collaborate with multiple departments to keep operations running seamlessly.
Main Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and keep records accurate and up to date
Place orders, track deliveries, and process incoming goods
Distribute parts and equipment to different departments as needed
Handle warranty claims for defective water pumps
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery conditions
Support operational teams by preparing urgent or specialized orders
Assist management in special projects and suggest process improvements
Assemble components when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse (including outdoor upkeep like snow removal)
What We're Looking For
High school diploma (DES) completed
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
Knowledge of drilling and geothermal fields (an asset)
Experience with IT systems, electricity, and plumbing
Familiarity with construction materials (an asset)
Ability to lift and move heavy loads (good physical condition)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator with strong teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license (Class 5)
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, inventory management software)
Excellent command of French (oral & written) and functional English
