Carry out the requests for each type of supply, ensuring that IT systems are monitored and kept up to date.Make the necessary settings, adjustments and correct the alignment of tools, equipment and precision measuring instruments.Take the actions required to maintain the production rate in order to ensure on-time delivery to customers.Maintenance PlanCarry out a first-level diagnosis to identify the source of any problems, make repairs and/or coordinate repairs to be completed by various support groups. Apply personal knowledge of equipment and robotics/networking as the first line of response.Apply the maintenance plan for equipment/processes and carry out autonomous maintenance routines in addition to any type of minor maintenance work, such as maintaining liquid/medium/acid levels. Check, clean and lubricate parts and gauges. Carry out minor repairs to machinery, tools and mechanical equipment. Provide support during any work.Use various IT systems and technologies, such as machine interfaces and automated lines, dashboards, the EH&S System, the tooling, maintenance and non-product management systems and/or any other IT systems required for the Advanced Manufacturing Centre to run smoothly.Global Quality PlanEnsure compliance with the quality plan by completing dimensional and visual inspections of parts and tools in accordance with the sampling plan.Analyze indicators in a proactive manner. Investigate the causes of recurring problems. Recommend, direct, introduce and ensure the follow-up of preventative or corrective actions in addition to work techniques and methods (continuous improvement).Use mechanisms such as \xe2\x80\x9cANDON\xe2\x80\x9d to identify events that affect the progress of work in accordance with the standards.Apply calibration routines and ensure the integrity of the tooling by keeping the relevant log books up to date.Document all requirements relating to the global quality plan.Initiate and run quality clinics to meet the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Confirm that parts meet all the required standards and specifications.Related FunctionsMay be required to perform different tasks or operations such as ATTI audits, peening, sandblasting, polishing, cleaning using various chemical and mechanical processes, simple deburring, masking and unmasking of parts and/or various articles etc. to ensure the continuous flow of materials.
