TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES :

La tache principale d'un machiniste conventionnel est de mettre en place et de faire fonctionner une variete de machines-outils ( Tour numerique, milling 3 axes conventionnel, milling CNC, rectifieuse)l. Il doit maitriser les competences generales de machiniste.

Comprendre et interpreter les plan et dessins techniques;

Verifier que la piece correspond au critere du dessin;

Corriger selon les resultats du premier essai et ajuster si requis;

Verifier le machinage effectue et effectuer les corrections necessaires;

Aviser le superviseur de tous bris ou defectuosites des outils et/ou equipements utilises

Participer a la formation des nouveaux employes et/ou stagiaires;

Appliquer les regles de Sante et Securite au travail en vigueur de l'entreprise en tout temps;

En tant que candidat ideal:

DEP machiniste avec experience 3 ans

AEC commande numerique CNC obligatoire

Solide acquis en sheet metal, conventionnel et 3 axes

Experience dans l'aeronautique un atout

Applique, rigoureux et organise

Capacite a lire et interpreter des plans et des dessins

Grand souci du detail et grande precision

Esprit analytique et aptitude en resolution de probleme

Force et dexterite manuelle

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main task of a conventional machinist is to set up and operate a variety of machine tools ( Digital lathe, conventional 3-axis milling, CNC milling, grinding machine)l. He must master the general skills of machinist.

Understand and interpret technical drawings and plans;

Verify that the part meets the design criterion;

Correct according to the results of the first test and adjust if necessary;

Check the machined part and make the necessary corrections;

Advise supervisor of any broken or defective tools and/or equipment used;

Participate in the training of new employees and/or trainees;

Enforce company Occupational Health and Safety rules at all times;

As an ideal candidate:

DEP machinist with experience or beginner

Aviation experience an asset

applied, rigorous and organized

ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

great attention to detail and precision

analytical mind and problem solving skills

strength and manual dexterity
