What You'll Do
Set up and operate
a variety of manual and CNC machine tools to produce
precision parts and instruments.
Read and interpret
engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and machining processes.
Engage with projects from start to finish
, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Maintain and repair
machinery and equipment
as needed.
Monitor and optimize
feed and speed
of machines during machining processes.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and
conformance to specifications.
Maintain inspection records and complete
inspection reports
when required.
Participate in
continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance shop efficiency.
What We're Looking For
?
Journeyperson Machinist Certification
(or equivalent experience).
?
3+ years of experience
post-certification in a machining role.
? Ability to
set up and operate
a variety of manual and CNC machines.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision
in a custom job shop setting.
? Preference given to those with a
valid driver's license.
