Ed's Valve Servicing (Red Deer) Ltd. Shop is looking for a skilled and reliable Manual Machinist to join our team in Red Deer County. We are a well-established valve servicing and repair shop serving industrial clients and pride ourselves on quality workmanship and a strong work ethic.

Position: Machinist (Full-Time)

Location: Red Deer County, Alberta

Responsibilities:

Machine, repair, and refurbish industrial valves and related components Operate manual lathes, mills, and other shop equipment Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and measurements Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work independently and as part of a small team
Qualifications:

Journeyman Machinist ticket preferred (or equivalent experience) First Aid Level C CPR/ AED WHIMIS Experience with manual machining (valve experience is an asset) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work safely and efficiently Reliable, punctual, and motivated
