The Machinist is responsible for precision machining of multiple parts for Wexxar Bel product lines (IPAK, Wexxar, Belcor) using old and new CNC machines. In this role you will\xe2\x80\xa6

• Efficiently utilize all machinery in the machine shop area
• Troubleshoot and initiate engineering changes
• Manufacture any part per released drawings
• Set up parts on machine shop equipment
• Train other machine shop personnel when required

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• Red Seal Machinist or equivalent
• 5 years working experience in a machine shop environment with CNC machine experience
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to use mechanical hand tools, handheld power tools and mechanical measuring tools
• Ability to operate manual machine shop equipment

• Ability to enter shop order data into ERP system

• Good training and guiding skills for new machinist in the set-up and production of all parts
• Knowledge of CNC programming
