Machine Operator

Rova Products Canada Inc. ("Rova") located in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a high energy team-oriented machine operator. Rova is a custom cable operation with a wide scope of customers spanning many industries. We are looking for an experienced machine operator who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety and who is detailed oriented. The candidate would be joining a dedicated team that would welcome an individual who is looking for growth and variety.

Job description

Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions Set up and operate production equipment such as power strippers and crimp centers Monitor running equipment and make adjustments as necessary Troubleshoot any basic equipment issues Utilize tools to aid in the manufacturing process Ensure all product meets/exceeds company quality standards Maintain general tidiness of work area and assist in the daily clean-up of production area Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills Attention to detail Safety conscious Must have good communication skills with ?uency in the English language

Experience in Custom Cable Assembly an asset
