Trillium Machine and Tool inc., a leading company in the manufacturing sector located at 4080 North Service Rd E, Windsor, ON, Canada, is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Vision Technician to join our team. This full-time, permanent onsite opportunity is perfect for a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain machine vision systems using tools such as Keyence and Cognex. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vision system hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate vision solutions into manufacturing processes. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machine vision equipment. Develop and optimize vision inspection programs for quality control and process automation. Provide technical support and training to production staff on vision system operation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Completed College or University education. Entry-level experience (1-3 years) in a related technical field, ideal for recent graduates. Proficiency with machine vision concepts and practical experience with Keyence and Cognex Vision Tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work 40-55 hours per week in an onsite manufacturing environment.
+ Travel will be required from time to time to support customers needs

Excellent communication skills in English.
