  • Set-up equipment by assembling the machine parts, conducting safety pre-inspections, calibrating equipment, selecting machine programs, and making setting adjustments.
  • Retrieve production materials and load into the machine.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure a steady flow of product to production standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, clear jams, and make adjustments as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all production materials used.
  • Run out product from machine, store packaging materials, and sanitize machine at break periods and end of shift.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 year experience operating production machines
  • Read, write, and communicate (English)
  • Basic mathematical skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Must be mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a team member
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 20kg
  • Previous work experience in manufacturing is preferred but is not required, if you\xe2\x80\x99re eager to learn, we would love for you to apply.
