Gray Tools Canada is a Canadian Manufacturer and Distributor of Hand Tools and Accessories.

Gray Tools Canada, is currently looking for a Machine Operator/Utility Worker

Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment including die selection, heat selection, cutting, shot-blasting, grinding rough polish, stamping and painting. Ability to multi- task and move through departments as production demands Operate production equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce products within the required quality and efficiency criteria and within all stated tolerances Perform daily and weekly checks as per maintenance procedures Able to lift 10 lbs repeatedly Must be able to read prints and use basic measuring equipment Mechanical aptitude Experience using hand tools Meet production targets Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Requirements:

Completion of high school (equivalent to Grade 12) combined with 2 years experience Good communication and organizational skills Able to work in a noisy environment (hearing protection provided) Preference given to candidates with experience operating manual manufacturing equipment preferably in a fabrication environment
