Drive the automated manufacturing process, correct drifts and ensure productivity; Perform equipment inspections and cleaning according to procedures; Adjust equipment to meet specifications; Verify product quality according to established standards; Enter production data into computerized management systems; Perform first-level maintenance tasks; Ensure proper communication and transmission of information between teams; Suggest measures to improve production activities and occupational health and safety; Perform any other related tasks requested by the supervisor. THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education :

High school diploma; Mechanical or chemical education (An asset).

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience working on a production line; Experience in the chemical industry, especially in the processing of plastics (An asset); Experience in a leadership position (An asset).

Knowledge and Competencies :

Knowledge of panel-controlled machine; Knowledge of industrial maintenance (An asset); Experience in reporting results, working with the ERP system (An asset); Knowledge of the French language (An asset).

Skills and attitudes :

Strong team spirit, good work ethic; Sensitive to workplace safety; Computer literate; Willingness to learn;

Physical requirements :
