ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Founded in 1986, Super Poly Ltd is a growing, financially stable, and fast paced importer, distributor and manufacturer of high quality Bulk Packaging and Flexible Packaging products. Our offices are currently located in Edmonton, AB., Winnipeg, MB., Vancouver, BC.

Our Winnipeg branch is seeking an energetic individuals to fill the position of

Machine Operator

in our growing Flexible Packaging production facility.

DUTIES:

Double check the dockets and ensure all requirements are adhered to on the job, report to a supervisor if there is any concern Cross train and operate a variety of packaging conversion equipment (Press, Solventless Laminator, Slitter, Pouch Converter) under a supervisor Provide front line quality checks for WIP and finished goods coming off each station, reporting any variances or defects to production supervisor Ensure that all packaging and labeling requirements are met requirements Station cleaning and basic maintenance Organizing warehouse inventory Assist with shipping and receiving Maintain warehouse cleanliness Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Machine Operation experience as an asset (Press, Laminator, Slitter, Pouch Converter, machine Operator, etc.) High level coordination and exceptional attention to detail Quick learner Communication, time-management and organizational skills Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting salary of $16-$18 per hour, adjusted approximately annually until $22 per hour if your perfomance well. If there is overtime, pay overtime wages according to regulations.
