Experience: Paper Converter experience Operators: 3+ years. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma; \xc2\xb7 Must have manufacturing experience; \xc2\xb7 Slitter/Rewinder experience is a definite asset; \xc2\xb7 Paper converting or web handling experience is an asset; \xc2\xb7 Strong focus on safety, quality and machine efficiency; \xc2\xb7 Lean Manufacturing experience is a strong asset; \xc2\xb7 Must be able to rotating work shifts.
