Our client makes candy! They need 1 f/t person to help make candy and assist when busy on the retail sales floor.

Work hours are 9-5, Monday - Friday, and work every other Saturday; being given a day off in lieu of the Saturday. This is an ongoing role, starting immediately and our client hopes you'll be the right fit to hire you on permanently after 4 months.

This is a smaller, family owned business who's been in Whitby for years, making the best candy.

Advantages
- Local, well established business in central Whitby

- No experience required, just willingness to work
- Pays $16hr but will go up to $18 once hired
- Easy to get to

Responsibilities
- working in factory side making candy
- packaging candy
- work well within a small team
- when busy, assist customers on the sales floor

Qualifications
- Work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 15lb
- Able to stand on feet for more than 2 hours at a time
- Dependable and reliable
- Customer focused
- Speak and write English fluently
