Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of production line machinery and tools, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting overall production goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a range of production equipment and machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Replace machine consumables (e.g., packaging materials, labels, etc.) as needed to ensure uninterrupted production flow. Assemble products and components as part of the manufacturing process. Support routine and preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with other departments. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and assist production teams in reducing downtime. Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and internal safety protocols. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an asset. Fluency in the Chinese language is a strong advantage. Previous experience in manufacturing or practical operations is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and workplace safety. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and low temperatures. Physically capable of lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
