Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.



Fresh Start Foods is currently hiring full-time Machine Operators who are eager to work in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment in our Richmond, BC location.
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Must be available for Sundays.

Salary: $18.40/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:Accurate completion of documentation when required Works in a safe manner and follows all safety procedures Set up and operate machines - slicers, dicers, peelers Perform testing procedures to ensure machines are working optimally Perform food processing functions including manual cutting, washing, and drying of products. Able to identify and retrieve products for processing Able to read the recipes (weight, cut size, volume) Monitor and troubleshoot basic machine problems/perform regular safety checks


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:Must be able to work full-time (40h) and flexible for overtime Previous manufacturing experience in a food processing facility Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work on weekends and holidays Ability to be flexible with regards to working in production areas where needed the most Ability to work in a refrigerated environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
