Machine Operator (Production Worker - Manufacturing)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Preference: Open to day and afternoon shifts
About the Role
We're hiring a Machine Operator to run and maintain production line equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves monitoring machine performance, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor line performance and ensure quality and output targets are met
Troubleshoot and assist with equipment adjustments or minor repairs
Conduct product inspections and complete quality reports
Record production data and communicate issues to the Shift Lead or Supervisor
Follow safety, maintenance, and operating procedures

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment
Skilled with basic hand tools and mechanical troubleshooting
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working full 8-hour shifts (day or afternoon)
