Assisting in the manufacturing and production of various ready to eat products
Clean and sanitize equipment and facility ensuring sanitation requirements are met
Working in a team environment to achieve production and customer targets

Diligently fill out production and sanitation paperwork as necessary
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to management

Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages - inventory control

Skills and Competencies
Proven experience in a production facility with supervision roles or equivalent
Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Proficient skills in MS Office
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
High School Diploma: Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be an asset
Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems (ERP software) such as Microsoft Great Plains and BatchMaster an asset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
High school diploma
Must have been employed for at least 2 years in a food facility or equivalent
Machine Operating Experience
Above average computer & math skills
Advanced English - spoken and written.
Outgoing, positive, and enjoy collaborating with people.
Above average communication and people skills
Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
