Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and experienced

machine operators

to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season in the Halton Region. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to take on winter's challenges, we want to hear from you.

Competitive pay (starting wage $30.00 hourly)*
Stand-by wage availablefor on-call readiness Previous snow removal experience is an assetbut not required Flexible hours required- including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be dependableand punctual in responding to call-outs

Responsibilities:

Clear snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, or plows Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly Respond quickly to dispatch calls during snow events, including overnight and weekend shifts

Requirements:

Ability to work in cold, snowy conditions for extended periods Reliable transportation to assigned routes Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Previous experience operating snow removal equipment is a strong asset
