Monday - Thursday: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Friday: 07:00 AM - 01:30 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed*

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Machine Operator for a textile production line. The ideal candidate will

have prior experience operating

Prefiller Machines

, but training will be provided to candidates

with other machine operation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the

Prefiller Machine

to ensure consistent, high-quality fiber output Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper machine setup for each run Monitor machine operation, material flow, and output to detect any abnormalities or
quality issues

Perform regular checks and adjustments to maintain optimal performance and product
standards

Conduct basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs Record production data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator (

Prefiller Machine experience is a strong

asset

)

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or textile environment Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to learn and adapt to new machines and processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
