Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery, including machines, brake machines, ensuring optimal performance. Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, maintaining accuracy throughout the process. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precise fabrication of parts. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve operational efficiency. Document production processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

Proven 1-2 year's experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in blueprint reading and CAD software for interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Experience operating forklifts is desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand tools effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
