About the Role

We are looking for a Laminator to support our labels and flexible packaging production. This role is responsible for applying protective laminates to printed materials while maintaining quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laminating equipment for labels and flexible packaging Set up machines per job tickets (laminate type, pressure, speed, temperature) Inspect laminated products for adhesion, clarity, and defects Prepare, cut, trim, and stage materials for production Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting Follow Good Manufacturing Procedure (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with Print, Quality, and Finishing teams

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in laminating, printing, or packaging manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to read job tickets and follow specifications Team-oriented with a safety-first mindset

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks PPE required as applicable (Hair Nets, Beard Nets and Ear Plugs are provided and required, Safety Shoes: subsidized after passing probation)

Pay: $22.00 per hour
