Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and safety-minded Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a variety of machinery and equipment to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with equipment operation, strong attention to safety, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures and industry standards. Perform routine pre-operation checks, inspections, and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe working order. Load and unload materials or products as required for each job. Follow work orders, production plans, or supervisor instructions to complete tasks on time. Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or required repairs immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all workplace safety policies, regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Assist with other duties as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience operating machinery or heavy equipment (specific equipment may vary by role). Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and operating procedures. Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, or technical manuals. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor or industrial environments. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Preferred Assets

:

Valid equipment operator certifications or tickets (if required for specific machines). Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting. Experience in construction or related industries.
