We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery, including CNC equipment and press brake machines, and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Duties
Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment such as CNC programming and Fanuc controls
Set up and adjust machinery including press brake machines and CNC equipment to meet production specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files for accurate manufacturing
Perform quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to ensure product standards
Maintain proper documentation of machine settings, production data, and quality reports
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge
Use forklift and warehouse experience to move raw materials and finished products safely within the facility
Assemble components as needed using hand tools and welding techniques
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Skills
Proficiency with CNC programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, and SolidWorks software
Experience with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and automation systems
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for manufacturing processes
Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of welding, machining, and the use of hand tools
Familiarity with press brake machines, CNC programming languages, and CAD software
Warehouse experience including forklift operation for material handling
Strong understanding of quality control procedures using calipers and other measurement tools
Basic math skills for calculations related to machining tolerances and measurements
Knowledge of manufacturing standards, assembly processes, and packaging procedures
