Job Overview

We are seeking a Loaded Operator for a dynamic role in our rock quarry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading tandem trucks, ensuring proper load tracking, and collaborating with the team to maintain and operate the crusher spread. This position requires a versatile individual who is not only capable of operating heavy machinery but is also willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the quarry.
Key Responsibilities:

Load Tandem Trucks: Operate loaders to efficiently and safely load tandem trucks with rock materials. Load Tracking: Accurately track and document each load to ensure proper inventory and reporting. Crusher Spread Assistance: Work directly with the crusher spread, assisting with setup, operation, and maintenance as needed. Crusher Repairs: Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting of the crusher equipment to minimize downtime. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow operators, ground personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient quarry operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in a quarry or construction environment. Ability to load tandem trucks safely and efficiently, with knowledge of proper load weights and distribution. Basic knowledge of crusher spread operation and maintenance. Willingness to assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate load and production records. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. A safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
