Shift Schedule

Day shift - 7am to 3pm (Rotates weekly)

Afternoon Shift- 3pm-11pm (Rotates weekly)

Midnight shift- 11pm- 7am (Steady Shift)

Overtime may be required.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machines used in the production process Assist other operators to feed and/or bundling at our converting or finishing presses Pre-folding - Work with another employee to ensure that flaps are folded prior to going to the machine Set up machines according to specifications Re-piling - Review, and sort for defective product Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Provide training to others as needed Remove all scrap pieces of corrugate from flat boxes that have been die-cut General clean-up & housekeeping
Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, math skills, tape measure skills, and ability to read production layouts Mechanical Aptitude Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Physically capable of repetitive work, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing and/or corrugated packaging experience is an asset

Salary: From $21.61 - $29.88 per hour
