Our tradespeople are considered the best in the industry and we are proud of the high level of technical skills they demonstrate every day.THE OPPORTUNITY:To machine components for the manufacture of nuclear steam generators.TASKS:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools.
• Program CNC machines.
• Consistently maintain production of quality machine parts.
• Read and interpret Work Orders, Drawings, Shop Instruction Sheet (SIS) and supporting documents.
• Select appropriate tools and apply knowledge and experience of feeds and speeds.
• Work in a safe manner. Demonstrate good workmanship and practices.

• Commitment to quality and the ability to work as a positive, effective team member, willing to go the extra mile to ensure we meet our customer expectations.
• Knowledge and use of precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and write CNC programming.
• Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations (trigonometry, algebra).
• Successfully completed advanced machining or CNC program with documented proof
• 3 years+ of manual machine or CNC experience
• Availability to work all shifts: day shift (4x10, Monday-Thursday, 6am - 4pm); afternoon shift (4x10, Monday-Thursday, 4pm - 2am) or weekend day shift (3X11 [paid for 40 hrs], Friday-Sunday, 6am - 5pm).
