Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor wire forming equipment such as straight and cut and wire crimping machines. Utilize hand tools and logic controllers effectively during the manufacturing process. Set up machinery according to specifications and perform routine maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for production processes. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality control. Forklift certification is an asset but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
