Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Machine Operator

with experience operating nailing machines to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

What you will do:

Operate and maintain pallet nailing machines in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and make adjustments as needed. Load materials into machines and ensure continuous workflow to meet production targets. Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet company quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience operating nailing machines in a pallet or wood manufacturing environment is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and in a team.
