Company Overview
Our client is a people-oriented tech consultancy specializing in M&A technology transformation.
As they focus on the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) market, our client works with businesses both large and small. Most projects present unique challenges when merging two technology environments, offering a lot of variety both technically and customer-wise for everyone on the team.

Our client is looking for an energetic, assertive, and people-oriented Project Manager who can work across different practices, including M&A and Private Equity.

To be clear, our client wants you to manage technical projects for companies that range from Fintech, Retail, and Real Estate sectors. You must have experience in M&A, particularly with technology integration (PMI).
They are looking for talented individuals who can take on these responsibilities, improve them, and deliver high-quality results on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in mid and enterprise-level technology roles
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Excellent MS Project skills
  • Experience with associated control documentation (RAID, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
Compensation Structure:
  • Project-Based Remuneration: Compensation is structured as remuneration tied to the successful completion of individual projects.
Additional Information
Must be willing to travel internationally.
