Job Description
We are recruiting a Bilingual Luxury Retail Sales Associate for our client in the Markham area. The successful candidate would have from a high-end retail store environment.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Location: Markham, ON
- Handle high-volume phone, email, and SMS inquiries (no face-to-face service)
- Deliver a luxury guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects premium standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to resolve inquiries, monitor high-risk cases, and maintain brand reputation
- Provide reporting, identify opportunities to delight guests, and support continuous process improvements
- Fully bilingual (English/French)
- 2+ years in customer service ideally in luxury retail
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing high-volume communications with professionalism
- Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
