is looking for a hospitality rockstar who can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for a candidate who can work our lunch & brunch shifts. Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday.

Shift start times:
Wednesday: 1130am

Thursday: 1130am

Friday: 1130am

Saturday: 1030am

Sunday: 1030am

We are a locally owned, upper-scale restaurant that specializes in casual fine dining. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a casual part-time position or a student.

Requirements:

MUST BE 19 YEARS OR OLDER, valid SIR certificate, and 1 - 2 years experience in the restaurant industry. Must be comfortable pouring and opening wine as well as making lunch/brunch cocktails. Must be willing to learn and take direction from management/team members. Must be comfortable bartending/making casual drinks.

Lunch & brunch servers are expected to work independently. We do not have a bartender on these shifts - you must be comfortable with basic bar knowledge and making/pouring drinks. Please do not apply if you don't think you could serve and bartend dually.

Ideal candidates consist of :

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle stressful situations, such as a high volume environment Pouring taps, wine service, opening bottles, etc Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Works well under pressure/can handle a busy bar/floor/section Washing and polishing glassware/cutlery Opening & closing duties Floor duties such as bussing tables, running drinks, running food, etc Polishing and rolling cutlery Greeting and seating guests Professional attire Can work independently Keeps busy Serves with a positive attitude Valid SIR certificate
