What you'll do:


Reporting to the Lumber Manager the Lumber Desk Clerk is responsible for customer service, processing customer transactions, small project estimating, windows and door estimates, selling, ordering, stocking, merchandising, handling of reports and correspondence with suppliers and other duties as assigned. The Lumber Desk Clerk performs duties in accordance with the mission statement and policies / procedures of Homestead Co-op.

You are looking for a career in Retail and:


You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve. You are highly motivated. You possess strong interpersonal skills. Must have a valid class 5 driver's license. Must have or willing to obtain Level 3 Estimating. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends. You're honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated and strive to be the best in what you do. Core Competencies:
