TWO

Full Time Lube Technicians for our Shelburne location.

This person will learn about and provide automotive services such as: performing inspections, repairs, maintenance and installations efficiently and safely under the supervision of a licensed technician using their own quality tools. They will also oversee the Department as Head Lube Technician.

Job role:

Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business


Follows all COVID-19 protocols to protect vehicle, customer and co-workers


Uses the utmost care in keeping clients' vehicles clean


Promotes the dealership by presenting a professional image and positive attitude at all times


Demonstrates an interest in self-development; seeks out challenging assignments and does Ford training


Maintains safe working practices at all times and abides by working rules and standards; wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment


Produces accurate and clearly written documentation


Assists service advisors as required, and works closely with Fixed Operations Manager to oversee the Lube Department in its entirety
