Lube Shop Technician

Full Time

Open Availability Required including Weekends

What you will be doing:

Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting

Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team

Completing and participating in on line and on-site training and mentoring programs. '

Staying current with all on-going product and service training

Promoting and providing customers information on services, products, and pricing

Guiding vehicles safely into designated spots in the lube shop bays

Servicing Customer vehicles for Oil Changes, Undercoating, Preventative Maintenance, Change and Check Fluid Services and Tire Services

Completing vehicle assessments and making customer recommendations

Following manufacturers guidelines when recommending services

Following Valet Car Wash policies, health and safety protocols, procedures, and standards of operation

Communicating with other team members, supervisors, and quality control specialists to ensure each vehicle meets company standards.

Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, site maintenance, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met

Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing secondary site maintenance and seasonal duties to company standards as required

Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience

Working closely with the management team

Able to read product specifications and part numbers

Able to keep clear and legible records and file documents

Mechanically inclined

Outgoing and friendly

Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, walking, and moving with a full range of motion for long periods of time

Comfortable in noisy, hot, and cold conditions

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
