Job Title: Automotive Lube Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles. Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Inspect and replace oil, air, and cabin filters as needed. Conduct tire rotations and balance wheels to extend tire life and improve vehicle handling. Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as battery checks, bulb replacements, and wiper blade replacements. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Keep accurate records of services performed and recommend additional maintenance or repairs to customers. Communicate effectively with the service team to address customer questions and concerns regarding their vehicles. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures. Ensuring the shop is clean and organised at all times
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Automotive Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance. Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their specific lubrication requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
