THIS LTO ASSIGNMENT IS OPEN to MEMBERS of the OCCASIONAL TEACHERS of the OECTA-PVNC Unit, who are on the OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER LIST WITH THIS BOARD.

SCHOOL: St. Paul CES, Lakefield & St. John CES, Peterborough


FTE: 1.0


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:




Additional Qualifications in 'Teaching Ojibwe' OR 'Indigenous Language Teaching Certificate Program' Proficiency in OJIBWE language (written and spoken) Junior and Intermediate division qualification preferred An understanding and appreciation for the unique heritage, diversity, cultural practices and spiritual beliefs of the Ojibwe, and First Nation, Metis and Inuit peoples

The anticipated end date is will be no later than JUNE 26, 2026. The start and end dates, and FTE are subject to change at any time. This assignment may be extended by Human Resource Services to the end of the school year, but will not continue beyond the end of the 25/26 school year, if necessary.
