LTL Sales Representative - Asset-Based Trucking | Mississauga (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing LTL customer accounts
Identify market opportunities and generate profitable business growth
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and rate proposals
Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and on-time delivery
Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets in CRM tools
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and freight market rates
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in LTL or freight transportation (asset-based preferred)
Strong understanding of freight rates, lanes, and carrier operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
