team. Under the general direction of the Designated Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist will be assisting in maintenance and operations of the Pharmacy as described by the Pharmacy Standards of Practice and work as an integral part of a diverse team under the general direction of the Pharmacy Manager.

Role Accountabilities:
Triaging orders and reviewing for drug therapy problems, therapeutic duplications, and other potential problems
Data entry (Kroll) in filling of new orders, reorders, medication reviews for Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities
Performing final checks on prescriptions/ product checks
Answering questions on therapeutic inquiries from fellow health care professionals and facility staff
Collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure seamless patient care
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Licensure with the BC College of Pharmacists
Experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy is a strong asset but not required
Ability to work both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong time management and organizational skills
Hard work ethic and a positive attitude
Motivation to learn and grow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly problem-solve while still maintaining accuracy, attention to detail and compliance with best practices

Compensation: $49-$59/hour
Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate's credentials and experience for the role with CareRx.
