Your Mission



As our

Client Experience & Business Development Lead,

you will bridge

business development/marketing, care operations, client satisfaction, and team support

, ensuring that every interaction reflects the

luxury experience

For Families and Clients



Conduct in-home or virtual level of care assessmentsand wellness check-ins. Guide families in understanding their care options and navigating complex health needs. Design personalized care and wellness pathways aligned with the Veritas SignatureCARE(TM)model. Provide patient and family educationto enhance understanding, safety, and peace of mind. Serve as the clinical liaison to physicians, rehabilitation teams, and hospital discharge planners.

For Staff and Internal Clients



Coordinate hiring, lead orientation, coaching, and ongoing professional developmentfor caregivers. Ensure every team member is aligned with Veritas' excellence standards and service rituals. Provide field support, case updates, and mentorship to nurses and PSWs. Champion the culture of Grace, Trust, and Distinctionwithin the Veritas team. Support and empower caregivers and personal service workers by ensuring they have the tools, schedules, and communication needed to

deliver excellence

For Referral Sources and the Community



Build professional relationships with physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and home health agencies. Deliver educational presentations to referral partners on private care solutions and clinical collaboration pathways*.
Represent Veritas at health and community events as a trusted nurse advisor.

Operational Integration



Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, elevate service consistency, and measure satisfaction. Support quality improvement, compliance, and reporting systems. Participate in strategic initiatives that advance Veritas' brand and client experience excellence.

Behind the Scenes:



Keep operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, human resources, and reporting. Support PSWs in the field and provide emergency in home care support Partner with leadership to maintain

high standards of service and efficiency

. Support light marketing and community outreach to strengthen our brand in the community.

Experienced in

gerontology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or healthcare administration

En tant que

Chef de l'Experience Client et du Developpement des Affaires

, vous agirez comme un

pont entre le developpement des affaires, la satisfaction client, les operations de soins et le soutien de l'equipe

Pour les Familles et les Clients



Effectuer des

evaluations du niveau de soins

et des suivis de bien-etre a domicile ou virtuellement. Guider les familles dans la

comprehension de leurs options de soins

et les aider a naviguer dans des besoins de sante complexes. Concevoir des

plans de soins et de bien-etre personnalises

, alignes sur le modele Veritas SignatureCARE(TM)*.
Offrir

education, soutien et tranquillite d'esprit

aux patients et a leurs proches. Servir de

liaison clinique

aupres des medecins, des equipes de readaptation et des planificateurs de conge hospitalier.

Pour le Personnel et les Equipes Internes



Superviser le

recrutement, l'orientation et le developpement professionnel

des preposes et des soignants. Veiller a ce que chaque membre du personnel incarne les

standards d'excellence et les rituels de service

de Veritas. Offrir un

soutien sur le terrain, du mentorat et des mises a jour de cas

aux infirmieres et PAB. Promouvoir la culture de

Grace, Confiance et Distinction

au sein de l'equipe Veritas. Jumeler les soignants et les clients pour des

partenariats durables et harmonieux.


Pour les Partenaires et la Communaute



Developper des relations professionnelles avec les

cliniques medicales, centres de readaptation et agences de soins a domicile.

Donner des

presentations educatives

aux partenaires de reference sur les solutions de soins prives et les voies de collaboration clinique. Representer Veritas lors

d'evenements communautaires et de sante

en tant que conseiller infirmier de confiance.

Integration Operationnelle



Collaborer avec la direction pour

ameliorer les processus, renforcer la coherence du service et mesurer la satisfaction.

Soutenir les systemes de

qualite, de conformite et de rapports.

Participer aux

initiatives strategiques et marketing

visant a faire progresser la marque Veritas. Assurer la

coordination des horaires, des ressources humaines et du suivi administratif

pour un fonctionnement fluide. Fournir au besoin un

soutien clinique d'urgence a domicile.


Profil Ideal



Vous etes :

Diplome(e) ou experimente(e) en

gerontologie, soins infirmiers, travail social, ergotherapie, physiotherapie

ou

gestion des services de sante.

Empathique, professionnel(le), avec d'excellentes

competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

Organise(e), rigoureux(se) et

a l'aise avec les outils technologiques.

Passionne(e) par le
