Your Mission
As our
Client Experience & Business Development Lead,
you will bridge
business development/marketing, care operations, client satisfaction, and team support

Conduct in-home or virtual level of care assessmentsand wellness check-ins.
Guide families in understanding their care options and navigating complex health needs.
Design personalized care and wellness pathways aligned with the Veritas SignatureCARE(TM)model.
Provide patient and family educationto enhance understanding, safety, and peace of mind.
Serve as the clinical liaison to physicians, rehabilitation teams, and hospital discharge planners.
For Staff and Internal Clients
Coordinate hiring, lead orientation, coaching, and ongoing professional developmentfor caregivers.
Ensure every team member is aligned with Veritas' excellence standards and service rituals.
Provide field support, case updates, and mentorship to nurses and PSWs.
Champion the culture of Grace, Trust, and Distinctionwithin the Veritas team.
Support and empower caregivers and personal service workers by ensuring they have the tools, schedules, and communication needed to

For Referral Sources and the Community
Build professional relationships with physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and home health agencies.
Deliver educational presentations to referral partners on private care solutions and clinical collaboration pathways*. Represent Veritas at health and community events as a trusted nurse advisor.
Operational Integration
Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, elevate service consistency, and measure satisfaction.
Support quality improvement, compliance, and reporting systems.
Participate in strategic initiatives that advance Veritas' brand and client experience excellence.
Behind the Scenes:
Keep operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, human resources, and reporting.
Support PSWs in the field and provide emergency in home care support
Partner with leadership to maintain
high standards of service and efficiency

Profil Ideal
Vous etes :
Diplome(e) ou experimente(e) en
gerontologie, soins infirmiers, travail social, ergotherapie, physiotherapie
