Description:

The SDI Group is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-orientated part time Licensed Practical Nurse. The position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will work in the Nisku office. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, trustworthy professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Previous experience in office environments.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written skills with clients and staff.

Detail oriented and adaptable to changing environments.

Develop a sustain level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Maintaining Inventory. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. Ability to work periodically on call.

Qualifications

Trustworthy and accountable to provide support to the team.

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Conscientious self starter who needs a minimum of supervision and can cope effectively under pressure with shifting priorities.

High level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Dropbox.

Strong work ethic with the flexibility to work overtime as required.

Able to exercise discretion, judgment, diplomacy and confidentiality.

Proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.

Demonstrated ability to perform maturely and professionally ensuring complete confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Must have the ability to work periodically on call.

Education and Experience

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a high paced environment.

Highschool diploma required.

Completed a two-year diploma in Practical Nursing from an approved college

Training in spirometry and audiometric testing would be considered an asset.

Drug and Alcohol collector training would be considered an asset.

This is a part time position with an opportunity for growth to full time. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.57-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
