Job Description

A forward-thinking assisted living community is seeking an experienced LPN to join the nursing team as a Night Shift Supervisor.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination for our diverse resident population.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor residents' health status and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide clinical leadership and support to LPNs and Care Aides
• Liaise with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior care or case management role
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with electronic health records and data management
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centered care
