Job Description

Supervising, monitoring and assessing clinical and therapeutic interventions Assessing and planning care interventions and quality of life activities Coordinating delivery of resident care Delivering resident care Evaluating Partnering with external healthcare providers practicing and ensuring universal precautions and Infection control procedures are implemented and followed.

To attach the following documents:

+ Criminal Record Check - dated within 6 months of present date + Valid RN/LPN License
+ TB Screening Record/Immunization Record( COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines proof at the time of hire).
+ Permanent Residency / Work Permit (Social Insurance # starts with a ("9")
+ Current certification in CPR
